no they don't. Lions, predominatly live in Easten and central Asia. While lions live in the African continent. Because they live in different regions they do not exploit or share the same resources in order to survive.
Do lions and tigers occupy the same niche?
Two species cannot, per definition, occupy the same niche. So the answer can only be no.
There are lions in Asia, though. The subspecies Panthera leo persica (asiatic lion) still exists, although quite few remain. But even if lions and tigers were to inhabit the same area, lion and tiger microhabitats, feeding ecologies, and general biologies do not overlap very much.
