Well, obviously, all animals are related at some level.
However, I think you mean at a genus level since all four of your examples are of the genus Panthera (Panthera pardus, Panthera tigris, Panthera leo and Panthera onca in that order).
There are of course many examples of so-called "cogeners" - but you chose the best one - the only genus of animals which have distinct common names in English for 4 species in the same genus is the genus Panthera!
None of the examples above are species' of the same genus.
A few other examples at genus level:
1. Genus Kobus
Waterbuck (Kobus ellipsiprymnus)
Kob (Kobus kob)
Lechwe (Kobus leche)
Puku (Kobus vardonii)
2. Genus Stenella (spinner, spotted and striped dolphins)
Clymene dolphin (Stenella clymene)
Striped dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba)
Atlantic spotted dolphin (Stenella frontalis)
Spinner dolphin (Stenella longirostris)
3. Genus Ursus
American black bear (Ursus americanus)
Asiatic black bear (Ursus thibetanus)
Brown bear (Ursus arctos)
Polar bear (Ursus maritimus)
Pls. give me four animals that are relatives. Ex. leopards, tigers, lions, jaguars?
