Should Tigers, lions and other maneating beasts be let loose on council estates ........?

as a means of population control and crime prevention?

Should Tigers, lions and other maneating beasts be let loose on council estates ........?
Lions and Tigers are completely unpredictable animals. While it may keep crime levels down, the population control is another matter. More children are being born and the NATURAL mortality rate has decreased. When I say natural, I mean death from diseases and such. I don't mean those nasty child murders that we're hearing about a lot.

Also, the big cats will turn on any passing pets that they might meet. It's in their nature to be predatory, no matter how much they were raised by humans. This will cause a lot of problems with pet owners complaining to the council in charge of the estates.

It will also be harmful to the cats. Car fumes may be inhaled and, even though car pollution is at a very low level now, they may not take too well to car exhaust. They definately won't take too well to the sound of cars and the moving vehicles.

It is also a scary thing for the people in the estates. What would you feel if you were walking down on the street and suddenly saw a Tiger walking about. Anybody with a nervous disorder or ,and no offence is intended with this statement, a yellow strak, might do themselves harm out of terror.

Finally, what would happen if a cat escaped into the wild. A huge population of Britains' wildlife might be wiped out by a hungry Lion or Tiger. And if they got really hungry, they WILL eat humans. This has happened in the past.

Everything above can also be said for other maneaters. I do not think it is a good idea to use ferocious animals as a form of street control
Reply:Man-eating beast?

Why stop there? Decimation, random hanging, re-introduction of plague { pestilence is definitely my second favourite horseman } , arson, cholera and fire. All more efficient tried and trusted techniques.

....in fact why limit it to council estates?
Reply:They'd only end up with an ASBO so why the heck not.

Enclosing them in glass walls. filling it with sea water and letting a few hundred hungry tiger sharks in there might be more likely to work though...
Reply:I let a tiger loose on a council estate once... When I got up in the morning I found it propped up on bricks .....

And someone had pinched it's stripes!!!
Reply:Hmmm council estates yes.. but I'm more for keeping one in your car boot for taking to the tesco etc, that way clear aisles and no till queue's!!!!! oh also maybe a great idea for keeping the "Grey" population numbers down?!
Reply:As long as they are trained to kill chavs, hoodies and drug dealers.
Reply:No in posh areas! I have lived in both and the snobs are the pits! So phony! You cut your front lawn and the whole street joins in! Who has the most expensive box outside near the rubbish bin!

Give me a genuine person every time with no airs or graces! Than a judgemental fool!

Oh and there are not many council houses left guys! Most of them have been sold off!
Reply:RSPCA territory!
Reply:They're already out there aren't they?
Reply:definatly to keep the asbos in order
Reply:definitely.
Reply:i can think of better places than council estates, there's downing street for starters
Reply:and bears? Oh my!
Reply:Turn 'em loose on golf courses...what a waste of real estate.
Reply:dunno where you live -- round here they would all be shot in the matter of days(not by the police).
Reply:er no i live on a council estate and not all of them are bad my area is actually really nice with loads of good people u get the odd little ***** but hey u get that everywhere
Reply:train 'em to attack the immigrants
Reply:Why just council estates?
Reply:yup so they can them little tramps who call themselves yobs!!!

And do f.u.c.k all, all day except smoking weed standing by shops intimidating old people with there hoods up!

They should all smoke a dodgy joint an drop dead!!!!

ARRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!

Good question by the way.
Reply:I really don't think that tigers, lions and other maneating beasts deserve that kind of treatment.
Reply:Are you telling me that these man eating beasts have fatal diseases like aids?

I didn't know that loose women could be so dangerous! I think they should be re-educated to be more polite and respectable, so the answer is no.
Reply:Would be more fun to see them in Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea.
Reply:yeah that is a good idea.that way it can be environment friendly as well.
Reply:They would have to be trained to sniff out Kappa and Burberry, obviously...
Reply:it would never work- they would take one look and move onto wealthier areas for more meaty specimins...

seriously though- naaa- there must be an easier way? lol
Reply:sure, lets start with your estate.......
Reply:hmmmmm.... it's a thought
Reply:well, they could kill the monkeys and dogs that we find there, but who will kill those tigers, lions...?
Reply:These wild beasts would run for cover after the first night.
Reply:Yes but we must have a level playing field. No one is allowed to use modern weaponry for defense. We must go back to rocks and spears. No economic incentives can be used, so the rich can't use their money to be excluded. But I suggest that we do test trials on Capitol Hill. Those who survive their first term get to run in the next election.
Reply:what you mean should there be i got a few maneating beasts living next door
