No more than any other animal, they have their mating season and thats when they'll start having crazy wild sex, other than that dolphins are the only species besides humans that do it for pleasure.

Most mammals have sexual seasons. Just like a dog big cats have a time of the year when the female's of breeding age emit a lot of pheromones, which are chemical signals that signal the female is ready to breed. When this happens then the animals want to breed very much. When a female mammal is in this season they are said to be "in heat."
Until an animal is in heat she won't be able to and won't want to breed, no matter what the interest of the male is. But, most males won't be interested without the pheromones. Even the apes have sexual seasons and periods when the female is in heat. When a female baboon is in heat they present their rump to the males to seduce them.
Humans are the exception; human females are capable to breed all year round, probably to keep the interest of the male.
